Meaning of Intelligence explores how we distinguish, name, and understand things. Using the word PLACE, this exercise demonstrates how a place is recognized through boundaries, colors, and shapes. We do not perceive space itself in a purely objective way; rather, we understand it through signs, labels, and distinctions that tell us, “this is a place.” Yet when those distinctions are removed, it becomes unclear where a place begins and ends. The exercise suggests that intelligence is not simply the passive reception of the world as it is, but an active process of categorizing, relating, and assigning meaning to what we perceive.
