＜Notice of Temporary E-Ticketing System Suspension＞

For security reasons, our e-ticket service is currently suspended.
Please purchase your tickets at the museum reception upon arrival.If you wish to purchase advance tickets, you may reserve them by email by providing the information listed in ①–③ below. Please send your reservation by 11:59 p.m. on the day before your planned visit. You will then be able to enter the museum at the advance ticket rates by purchasing your tickets at the reception desk.We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

③ Number of tickets required for each ticket category

※③ Ticket categories:
General: ¥3,000
Students (junior high school, high school, university, graduate school, and vocational school): ¥2,000
Special admission (free): Elementary school students and younger; persons with disabilities and one accompanying person

※1 Advance ticket rates are available only to those who send their reservation email by 11:59 p.m. on the day before their planned visit.

※2 Students must present a valid student ID or student handbook on the day of their visit. Copies, images, and expired IDs are not accepted. Visitors who cannot present valid identification will be charged the general admission rate.

※3 Persons with disabilities and up to one accompanying person must present the original disability certificate on the day of their visit.

※ Special admission (free) does not include the café drink set (organic tea and sweets).
