During holiday periods and other busy times, we expect a high volume of visitors.

If you have already decided on the date of your visit, we recommend reserving your tickets online in advance.

Same-Day Tickets

Same-day tickets are available at the reception desk.

Admission fees for same-day tickets are subject to the same-day ticket price.
Please note that, as a general rule, same-day ticket sales will also end once electronic tickets (advance reservation tickets) for a particular date and time slot have sold out.
Depending on visitor numbers, you may be asked to wait before entering the museum.
Once you have entered the museum within your reserved time slot, there is no time limit on your stay. Please enjoy the exhibitions, garden, and café at your leisure until closing time.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a comfortable visit for all guests.
